Job Description:
• 
Market Analytics to analyse market trends, opportunity evaluation, portfolio augmentation requirements and forecasting

• Responsible for supporting co-marketing / partnering agreements and targeted acquisitions to maximize Novartis growth potential and go to market strategy
• To engage with existing/potential partners, to understand evolving competitive landscape and leading trends
• Providing support to BD&L lead on domestic/international opportunities for in-licensing, strategic tie-ups to augment presence in identified TAs
• Create new analytical models and new ways to capture insights; predicts future drivers of the business; identifies early trends and including identification of market research to be commissioned to support inorganic growth opportunities
• Planning, program management and implementation support over extended periods to achieve improvements in business results
• Draft and negotiate CDAs, License & Supply Agreements in cooperation with Legal Counsel
• Assist in developing growth strategy, near term (1 year) and long-term (5-year) plans for the India CPO. Develop management analyses of therapeutic areas of relevance, and strategic assessments of the company’s existing assets in India CPO
• Steer high-priority projects critical to business growth and development end-to- end with cross-functional project teams)
Candidate Profile
MBA from a premier business school; 2-4 years’ English MBA from a premier business school; 2-4 years’ experience from pharma industry or consulting.
