Drug delivered in market rather than the Department of Defense

Instead of supplying defense department, there has been a case of bringing millions of medicines to the market. These medicines were seized from the house of supplier Harish Chanchalani.
The surprise thing is that the supplier removed the mark of 'Not for Sale' on these drugs of defense and put the prize tag. However, Ajmer police has arrested the accused supplier.
It is worth mentioning that in November 2017, the police raided the house of drug lord Harish Chanchalani and 53 lakhs of drugs were recovered. These medicines also found Cipla company's Urimax. When the Drugs Department officials went to Sikkim to collect information about the seized drug batch number, they were told that the drug of this batch has been sent to Defense. Cipla company has given its written information to the Drug Department.
Drug Controller Dr Ajay Fatak says that medicines were recovered from the accused Harish Chanchalani's house. One of these batch defense was to be sent. Where and how he brought that batch of the batch, it has not been detected yet. Ajmer police has arrested him. Several cases have already been registered on the accused Harish Chanchalani. The drug department caught the illegal purchase of Injecting Fortwin in Ajmer's clock tower. This purchase and sale were not bills and Harish Chanchalani was arrested in this. But the bail was over
After this the drug department filed a writ in the High Court. His bail petition was dismissed. Harish then filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court for anticipatory bail, but after five hearings, Harish made a writ petition. Supreme Court Justice RK Agrawal and Abhay Manohar Sapre ordered on 5th February 2018 that Harish would surrender with immediate effect. After this, on February 6, he was arrested by Ajmer police. Harish was away from the arrest of Jaipur Police since the raids at home on November 10 last year.Jaipur police say they are looking for him. Meanwhile, Harish filed an anticipatory bail plea in the Supreme Court. The petition was dismissed that the petition was rejected, otherwise he could not come in the hold. Harish's drug license has been canceled and instructions for not licensing anyone in his family have also been issued.
